ZoomMacro Detailed Review by Keith Guppy
10-20X Zoom-in
Note: In this video, we demonstrate adjusting the focal length of the ZM100 by turning the zoom ring, changing it from 45mm to 15mm. At the same time, the distance between the lens and the flower is also adjusted from 45mm to 15mm.
This is the optimal operating range for our macro zoom lenses.
Wider or Closer, You Pick
ZoomMacro: the industry's first zoomable macro lens. Simply turn the focus ring to zoom from 10x to 20x—capture the entire spider or zoom in on specific body parts. Go wider to include the background, or get closer to highlight intricate details. The choice is yours.

Lens Maintenance
Lens Maintenance
- Keep It Clean: Always use a lens cap to protect the lens from dust and dirt. Clean the lens with a microfiber cloth and a lens blower. Avoid using rough materials that can scratch the lens.
- Store in a Dry Place: Keep the lens in a dry environment to prevent mold. Use silica gel packs in your camera bag to absorb moisture.
- Avoid Extreme Temperature Changes: Don’t move the lens between hot and cold places too quickly. If you’re bringing it inside from the cold, let it warm up slowly in a sealed bag to prevent condensation.
- Use a Protective Case: Store your lens in a padded bag or case to protect it from bumps and scratches.
- Check Regularly: If you’re not using the lens for a while, check it occasionally for dust or mold and clean it as needed.
